Cancelation Policies

The cancelation policy for public ticketed boat rides and private boat charters vary. Each are outlined below.

Private Charter Boat Cancelation Policy

Private charter boat cancelation policy – guests may cancel a locked-in reservation and receive a full refund when canceling earlier than 60 days before the trip date. A reservation is considered locked-in when a deposit is received and the charter agreement is signed. This policy is necessary because once a reservation is locked-in, we turn down all subsequent requests to book that day and time. Deposits are not refunded with less than 60 days to trip day.

  • Reservation locked-in = 50% deposit received and charter agreement is signed
  • Cancelation window = anytime prior to 60 days before the scheduled trip
  • Deposits are not refunded with less than 60 days to trip day

Ticketed Boat Ride Cancelations

All ticket sales are final on our Two Hour Sunset and our 90 Minute Nature Cruise boat rides unless you have purchased Trip Protection during the booking process. Details on weather related cancelations can be found on our Boat Ride Weather Cancelations web page.
